Vice Mayor of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Government
Mr. Ma was born in Changsha, Hunan in 1971 and graduated from Hunan University in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering. He received his master’s degree in Public Administration at Hainan University. He has served as Vice Mayor of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Government since 2021.
